Millennium Star
Fulfillment of an Ancient Prophecy

In the 1980s -
I started writing about this astronomical prophecy -
regarding the end times.
Now, today January 23rd, 2014, over 30 years later,
there has come to my attention that less than 30 days ago,
on December 27, 2013, AccuWeather.com
published a photograph, by Juan Gonzalez-Alicea
of Sociedad de Astronomia del Caribe,
of the prophecy being fulfilled.

This oft-told ancient prophecy,
with roots back in the Sufi and Illuminati teachings,
reported by Wikipedia as being as early as 14th century BC,
is reflected in the Tale of the Ancient Mariner,
with its "star dogged moon"
and in the ancient symbolism on the flags of
many modern Moslem countries.

What the prophecy says is that:
at the Time of the End,
a Star will appear between the Crescent Points of the Moon.

Now, all astronomers KNEW that this was impossible.
Stars are generally very large astronomical phenomena like our sun.
The closest being our sun,
and the others many light years away.
For one, to appear in the orbit,
between us and the Moon,
would be IMPOSSIBLE, they would say,
and WOULD destroy the earth should it occur.

And yet, this phenomena,
this end of the old - beginning of the new,
millennial End Time event -
of a Star appearing between the Crescent Points of the Moon,
has now occurred.

Let me explain:

To the ancients, there were two types of stars,
fixed stars,
and moving stars,
and they both looked alike to them,
since they did not have a telescope.
The only distinction was that the one small group of stars moved,
and for this reason they called them planets (travelers),
which to them simply meant moving stars.

Now, today we have a different view of planets,
but nevertheless, it is a planet (traveler) that has appeared
between the Crescent Points of the Moon.

But, whoa, hold up you may say,
if a planet is going to change its orbit
and pass between the earth and moon,
that TOO is certainly going to be a catastrophic event.

Well, actually, still some further explanation is needed.
To any primitive people,
that would happen to be occupying the earth at this time,
if they were out tending their flocks on a clear night,
they would notice that new stars,
new traveling stars (planets),
have appeared in the sky.
We call them satellites.

Now, the fact is,
that a Traveler has appeared between the
Crescent Points of the Moon.
Thirty years ago - I approached National Geographic -
and asked them to photograph some satellite,
any old satellite - making the transit.
They declined,
and I had no idea how marvelously it would be finally fulfilled.

Indeed, as you will see in the next story -
this may have an even greater significance-
than I ever imagined.

But here, finally, is the astounding photograph!

Wormwood
There is possibly much more to the story. The International Space Station was launched in 1998 and is the largest artificial body in orbit. It can often be seen at the appropriate time with the naked eye from Earth in its 15 daily orbits about the earth. Astronauts can only be transported there by Russian spacecraft. The space station is divided into two sections. The private Russian section and another which is shared by everyone else.

Reboost maneuvers by the Russian module are necessary to maintain the Space Station's minimum orbital altitude of 330 km (205 mi). At launch it was planned to deorbit the space station in 2020, but it is presently funded until 2024. Should reboost maneuvers fail to take place, deorbit could take place much sooner. No one mentions it, but reboost requires a sufficiently stable society on earth to supply the technology necessary.
      Revelation:
      8:10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

8:11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
For those who believe in the Bible, and 'End Time' prophecies, the International Space Station may be part of the prophecy in Revelation. Literalists will get hung up on the idea that the name of The International Space Station is not 'Wormwood' but the term is in reference to what might become its nature. Wormwood is associated in the Bible with bitterness and bile.

Wormwood is a plant that animals won't naturally eat but cattle are trained to eat it in Texas. There it is known as Sage. I have seen immense amounts on the plains. Mistakenly I thought Tumbleweed, with which it grows together, was a form of it, because Tumbleweed looks quite similar and is also symbolic to the events of the present day since as it dies it breaks loose from its moorings and goes tumbling across the landscape.

Various optimal deorbit paths have been plotted for the International Space Station. In other maps the red debris pattern has sometimes been aimed at Southern California, but in the one below it is aimed more towards the Middle East. In any case, in a controlled deorbit it is the intent to have the debris field to be over ocean, but in an uncontrolled deorbit there is no telling where it may be.

Optimal Deorbit Path for the ISS

Should the deorbiting of the ISS not follow some desired optimal path, then it may be seen by some as a very substantial falling star, the end result of which may be as bitter as Wormwood as it becomes the ultimate Tumbleweed romping across the plains of the earth.

Speculations such as this are not meant as prophecy, because we cannot know, and are not meant to know the future. Prophecies in the Bible are seen in retrospect, not to foretell the future. Their purpose is so that we can know the accuracy of the Scripture and rely upon the guidance that it gives us.

Anyway, that is my current thinking on Wormwood. Like with the Millennial star, maybe if you stick around for thirty years (I won't) you may see that one work out also. I don't think it will acutally take that long.
